VetCor is looking for a dynamic Business Relationship Manager to join our growing veterinary practice acquisition team. We are growing rapidly and need an enthusiastic individual to lead the charge in the GTA and southern Ontario.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible to:

  • Develop and manage contacts with veterinary practice owners, including the initial outreach and introduction of the company, understanding of practice owner goals and interests, and periodic update and relationship development

  • Outline our general valuation process and offer structure and terms

  • Assist the acquisition process, including financial and operating diligence, compensation and benefits mapping, staff introductions, and operating Q&A

  • Utilize and maintain our Salesforce database for communication history and practice profiles

  • Network and exhibit at regional events and meetings

  • Maintain continuing relationships with practice sellers to ensure satisfaction and goal attainment from the sale and transition process, and communicate related impressions to management

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ideally located in the greater Toronto area but we will happily consider candidates within proximity to the geography

  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% within territory

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years related experience
