Hello! Boutique virtual assistance agency looking for Virtual Executive Assistant/Board Liaison to work our team to serve women's focused nonprofit organization located in Washington. You will perform various executive administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom and Google Meet. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision within given deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of EA experience. Project management experience. Non-profit experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a contact list
- Manage projects
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize client's calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Proactively address clients concerns
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Take board minutes
- Attend leadership meetings with ED, take notes and send applicable action items
Skills:
- Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP Google Suite
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly, etc)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Top-notch organizational skills
- Passion for learning new/skills/platforms
- Ability to excel in an autonomous environment
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
- Previous experiencing assisting C-Suite executive or Executive Director (nonprofit)
Experience with boards and nonprofit clients/support HIGHLY PREFERRED!
Availability for occasional travel to Washington ideal
Part time role 20-30 hours/week - on call availability preferred - contract with client starting ASAP!
