We are committed to rapid-response order filling and top-notch customer service for beauty salons, destination spas, mobile professionals, medical spas, beauty schools, and online retailers. We are master distributors for a range of world-class beauty brands and product lines, including Essie, PFB Vanish, Repechage and St. Tropez. By tailoring our processes, product knowledge, and supply chain solutions, we help our clients make a difference for theirs. To support our growing business and e-commerce activities, we recently moved to a larger facility with increased warehousing capacity.

About the position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will work as part of our team and handle several key tasks. Responsibilities include handling materials; ensuring FIFO compliance; receiving, unloading, packing, and preparing shipments; and carrying out inventory audits; and assisting the team with order fulfillment. To thrive in this position, a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and sense of urgency are crucial. Passion for and basic knowledge of the beauty industry or consumer packaged goods will be an asset. Most importantly, you will share our passion for providing clients with exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle shipping and receiving by loading and unloading couriers and trucks

· Receive and record inventory, and compare to system-generated requisitions

· Stock vertical carousels and material storage locations

· Assist with picking and packing orders for shipping to customers

· Maintaining relationships with couriers to ensure smooth transport

· Work with procurement team to achieve optimal inventory levels and FIFO compliance

· Conduct random and year-end inventory counts and report discrepancies

· Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse environment (5S principles)

· Carry out facility maintenance with respect to recycling and refuse collection

· Maintain familiarity with beauty brands that company distributes

· Adhere to Company policies, as may be amended from time to time

What you’ll bring

· High school diploma

· At least one (1) year of warehouse experience, including working with equipment (Toyota forklift, Raymond Reach, pallet jacks and rolling staircases)

· Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, databases)

· Familiarity with accounting and materials management principles (inventory audits; inventory testing/cycle counts; FIFO; min/max bin levels, etc.)

· Flexible work hours to accommodate courier pickups

· Ability to efficiently pick, lift, move, and pack products (up to 40 lbs. per box)

· Punctuality and good work ethic

· Valid Ontario ‘G’ or ‘G2’ driver’s licence
