Job description

As a warehouse coordinator, you need to but are not limited to manage inventory accurately, process shipping/receiving efficiently, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse operation environment.

Key Responsibility

· Process shipping and receiving documents.

· Work with order fulfillment and production team to ensure the items are shipped in time without issues.

· Conduct QA/QC tasks for all inbound and outbound shipments.

· Manage inventory to ensure the location ID and stock quantities are accurate.

· Handle inquiries regarding inbound/outbound shipments.

· Manage warehouse and inventory to meet Accuenergy Warehouse & Shipping standards.

· Communicate and follow up with clients and couriers to resolve delivery issues.

· Operate forklift equipment to move shipments and supplies when necessary.

· Can lift the box up to 40LB.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and performing other duties as assigned.

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Have business associated college diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Have good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Have extensive knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills
• Be results/solution-oriented and able to multi-task
• Have a great attitude and be a good team player
• Have the ability to meet deadlines
