Martech Electrical Systems Ltd. is currently looking to hire an experienced, team oriented, individual for the role Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to join our Operations Team in Cranbrook, BC.

The Full-Time position of Warehouse & Yard Coordinator will report directly to the Cranbrook Service Manager and will be responsible for:

• Fulfilling field project material requisitions
• Delivering project materials, tools, equipment to job sites
• Warehouse shipping and receiving
• Organizing materials, tools, equipment in the warehouse and yard
• Assist with processing material returns to vendors
• Interacting with project managers, field foreman, delivery personnel, vendors, and suppliers
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Cranbrook Service Manager in accordance with established company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND ABILITIES

• Experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to interpret documents such as material requisitions, MSDS and SDS
• Has strong communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve and perform well under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
• Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
