JOB TITLE: Warehouse Worker
DIVISION: West
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager – Sherwood Park
LOCATION: Sherwood Park, AB

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible to verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products - Maintain proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure (SOP) - Completes inventory counts - Constant quality awareness - Ability to organize the warehouse and Housekeeping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Operation of an automated bagging system in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to organize the warehouse and Housekeeping.
- Make expected daily picking tonnages
- Completes inventory counts
- Constant quality awareness
- Other duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, 2-3 yrs. experience in a mill preferred
- Strong leadership, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and under tight deadlines
- Able to lift 25kgs and forklift experience
- Must be passionate about your career!

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Regular, Full time, Shiftwork.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Must be able to lift 25kg; and ability to regularly bend and twist.
- Occasional requirement to work at heights
- Must possess a valid class 5 license
- Have training and forklift driving experience (an asset).
