Member365 is designed specifically for member-based organizations to help them grow membership, automate common data-driven tasks, and strengthen member engagement.

As a part of the web development team at Member365, your role will be to design, implement, test, deploy and support high quality code updates to our SAAS based software. This is a software development role requiring top-notch programming skills, proven software design abilities and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. As a Software Developer at Member365, in your day-to-day you will:

• Work as featured service owner to deliver value to customer in timely and efficient manner
• Work with your squad of 4-6 in bi-weekly sprints to achieve regular business and customer outcomes
• Deliver incremental improvements or features to production
• Relevant skills and qualifications:

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with back-end application development including basic debugging, analysis, and optimization
• Programming experience with JavaScript and PHP
• Good experience with back-end application development with SQL
• Skilled at writing maintainable code and/or building maintainable services
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, managing uncertainties, and continuous improvement
• Customer oriented and proactive in helping customers solve their needs quickly and completely
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and ability to get up to speed quickly
• Great communicator who embraces our learning organization and enjoys sharing across the team
• Experience developing applications using the MVC (Modal, View Controller) architectural pattern

Additional skills

• Knowledge of AWS Services (S3, CloudFront) & other Serverless concepts, or equivalent on other cloud providers
• Experience with microservice architectures, REST API development and/or event-driven architectures
• Great scripting skills and a preference for automation over manual toil
• Experience using CodeIgniter Framework

Salary range - 60,000 - 100,000 based on experience and abilities.
