JOB DESCRIPTION

Tipco is looking for an experienced Wire EDM Programmer / Operator with over 5 years of direct Wire EDM programming and operating experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programming Wire EDM machines;
• Set up Wire EDM machines;
• Operating Wire EDM machines with minimal supervision;
• Interpolate SOLIDS data in Mastercam;
• Collaborate with co-workers;
• Schedule jobs to maximize efficiency throughout shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of Wire EDM programming, set up, and operating experience;
• Proficient in Mastercam programming;
• Proficient in interpolating SOLIDS data in Mastercam;
• Sound understanding of GD&T;
• Must have the ability to program, setup, and operate Sodick machines;
• Work with minimal supervision.
