Dynamic, Competent Admin/Insurance Broker Assistant

Our Yellowknife, NT office seeks our next Broker and Administrative Assistant

Avid Insurance is a fast-paced Insurance Brokerage doing business across Western Canada. We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to work alongside our broker group who can hit the ground running and complete various administrative related tasks including:

  • Provide Administrative Support to Brokers and Management
  • Transpose PDF Data to Excel
  • Prepare and Issue Legal Certificates Under Broker Direction
  • Accounts Receivable & Daily Cash Reconciliations
  • Assist and Direct Inbound Calls and Walk in Clients
  • Manage Office Correspondence
  • Data Entry to Power Broker Management System

Minimum of 2 years of EXPERIENCE in Administrative Role MANDATORY

Salary to commensurate with experience, group medical & benefit plan included.
