The Inn at Bear Trail is currently recruiting for an ADON for our assisted living/ memory care community.

• This key management position will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of day to day operations of our nursing department to ensure residents daily needs are met with exceptional care.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking care of older adults, working as a member of a team, and have a strong understanding of procedures and expectations of an assisted living community. This is a perfect opportunity for a clinically strong LPN looking for an opportunity to grow with a company, hours are typically Monday-Friday with some on call as needed.
