Title: Warehouse Operator I

Responsible for receiving and dispatching merchandise to and from our 2 locations. Ensuring inventory of all warehouse products and operating all material handling equipment to load and unload goods. Accountable for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Accepting delivery of inventory.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicating errors to relevant parties.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
- Responsible for picking, labeling, and packing individual products for shipment
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- Building loads with forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Using scanners to check inventory levels and perform materials movement between production and the warehouses.
_ Skills & Knowledge Required:_
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years in general labor, preferably in Warehouse environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) (Preferred)
- Computer skills in MS Office Suite/Google Suite, & ERP system
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter/motivated
- Forklift Certification a plus, must complete within 30 days of employment
- Knows how to load and unload pallets and containers to and from our six-level high, approximately 35 feet, rack locations.
- Available to work extended hours, depending on the demand of goals

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
