Smile Esthetics is seeking the right culture fit in a part or full time associate to join their growing practice in beautiful Victoria, BC.

At Smile Esthetics we have set out to redefine the dental and facial esthetics experience through concierge service, a beautifully designed, relaxing space while offering world class treatment and care.

The ideal candidate would,

• Embody the philosophy and core values of exceptional standards of care, high level communication and relationship building with patients and team, and a humble willingness and dedication to learning.
• Understand that all doctors in the practice are in a leadership position and assist in maintaining a healthy culture and environment of collaborative teamwork.
• Possess a clinical skill set that includes cosmetic procedures and a thorough understanding of occlusion. Alternatively, the candidate may possess a strong desire to learn these procedures and commit to the relevant continuing education. Mentorship for cosmetic bonding, smile makeovers, veneers, occlusion and full mouth rehabilitation is available for the driven and committed candidate.

The associate position is replacing a current associate with an existing patient base that will be supplemented with a healthy flow of new patients and internal referrals.
