Automotive Customer Assistant Service Adviser (previous automotive experience mandatory)

Audi Reading, located in Leesport, PA has an immediate opening for an Audi Service Adviser to manage the customer experience, schedule appointments, and communicate with service customers. Previous automotive experience is preferred along with solid customer communication skills. Audi Reading is a modern, busy Audi and VW dealership servicing Berks, Montgomery, Lancaster, and surrounding counties. This is a great entry level position to work with a great brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet Customers
• Create customer repair orders
• Sell service work
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule service for customer vehicles
• Coordinate loaner vehicles
• Follow up daily with all customers
• Assist in checking out and delivering customer vehicles at pick up
• Follow up daily with all customers to assure satisfaction
• Assist in work flow through the shop

Job Requirements

• A strong desire to learn and succeed
• Enthusiasm, energy, outgoing, professionalism, and communication skills are all necessary
• A clean drivers license record, clean drug screening, and clean criminal background check is mandatory
• Solid computer, internet, email, and phone skills are required
