As a Barista in THE CHOCOLATE CHIP BAKERY, you are the most important asset we have. Our Baristas are the face and soul of the stores. They are the ones who represent the brand, both in terms of delivering high quality customer service, and in relation to creating the best atmosphere and ambience for our homey bakery.

Being a Barista is not just a “normal” job. It’s a lifestyle where the social aspects, organizational culture and work ethic are just as important as the daily work in itself. The ideal Barista is engaged, open-minded and has a positive attitude towards both life and work, whilst seeking to be part of a team; both in- and outside of work.

Pay rate + great Tips = $16 - $18 per hour with the tips.

Your start pay rate could be negotiable based on your demonstrated experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista and Customer Service (Cappuccino - Latte - Espresso - Dial In espresso Machine - Speed - Customer Service level - Professionalism - Cleanliness)
