META BREWERY
SASKATCHEWAN SALES REP
Meta Brewery is looking to add a sales rep for SK to our sales team. Ideal candidate will cover major cities including but not limited to Saskatoon, Regina, Swift Current, Prince Albert, and North Battleford. A company vehicle & phone will be provided. We can provide LMIA or sponsor ideal candidate for PR if already working in SK market.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Thrives working independently, has keen prioritization skills and is self-motivated
· Has the ability to create sales plans and analyze sales data for in depth discussion with senior leadership
· Is extremely organized, detail oriented and has strong follow through in a competitive environment
· Possesses excellent communication skills, is honest and hard working
Primary Responsibilities:
· Managing organizational sales in Saskatchewan for existing customers and primary focus on special orders
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results to senior management
· Ensure clear communication of Meta’s core values, goals and brand message to consumers, accounts and wholesale partners while strengthening relationships
· Work directly with customers to ensure product delivery, rotation, and inventories
· Utilize provided software and tools to plan and manage time and set weekly work plans
· Enthusiastically represent Meta Brewery at festivals and organize promotions, tastings and events
· Assist with launching new Meta brands and managing POS display materials for accounts
· Produce reports and present data to the Meta’s senior management team on weekly goals and results
. Conduct regular product samplings at stores for Meta Brewery products
Sales Skills:
· Highly organized with proficiency in sales software, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite software
· Valid drivers’ license, clear motor vehicle record, and reliable transportation
· Education and/or Experience: A Certificate and/or Diploma from a Business School, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an influential sales role within the beer and beverage industry
· Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for special work-related events such as festivals, sports events and any special promotional events
· Ability to travel
· Brings extensive contacts in the retail beverage industry for a quick start up program
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $14.00 per hour
