- ELECTRICIAN (panel upgrade, lighting, outlets, etc.).
- HVAC to install package units for 3,500' restaurant with kitchen.
- ENGINEERS (Structural, HVAC - Mechanical, Electrical).
- CAD DRAFTSMAN.
- HANDYMAN.
- STEEL FABRICATOR (for second-story sky seating).
- WELDER.
- PLUMBER (gas lines and connections, water, and sewer lines).
- GENERAL CARPENTER.
- MASON FOR CINDER BLOCK and BRICK.
- CEILING GRID INSTALLER.
In most instances we will supply all materials.
