CSL CONTRACTING IS HIRING!!

CSL Contracting is a family owned company that specializes in new residential home builds, interior and exterior renovations & finishings, as well as custom decks. We are a busy company that is looking to grow our team with additional skilled dependable labourers.

The ideal candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, and have the ability to work as a team with a positive attitude towards great workmanship.

This is a physically demanding position to which experience and knowledge in the Construction Industry is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year minimum experience in the construction trade
• A valid Class G license & reliable transportation
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks dependant on timelines
• Capable of working at heights & climbing ladders
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and work with other team members
• Own basic tools of the trade, Steel-toe work boots required
• Ability to operate power tools of the trade
• Ability to work outdoors year round, in all weather conditions
• Ability to work over-time when required to meet project deadlines
• Working at Heights, Boom/ Man-lift tickets is an asset but can be provided

SALARY:

• To be determined based on Experience
• Paid weekly with over-time after 44hrs

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• Over-time and some weekends if necessary to meet project deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Cobourg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
