Established in 1999, Big Sky Brands Inc. is North America's largest tinned mints and sweets manufacturer. We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team working in our office, located in Toronto, ON.

The ideal candidate must have:

· Good communication

· B2B Sales Experience

· Phone and interpersonal skills

· Be comfortable with multi-tasking

· Have good organizational skills

· Be proficient in MS Office and Outlook (some familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus)

· Experience in food manufacturing an asset

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Managing customer purchase orders

· Tracking inventory

· Ordering ingredients

· Managing sales leads

· Handling shipping documentation

· Responding to consumer and client inquiries

· Updating client database contacts

· A basic understanding of transportation and logistics is a plus

Job Type: Part-time (flexible hours/days)

Location: Toronto, ON (in-office only)

Pay rate: $20 - $25 / hour

Start date: ASAP

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
