Daily Tasks / Duties:
- Order entry
- Filling
- Answer customers calls & emails
- Resolving customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions in CRM
- Creating tickets for escalation if needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Service
- CRM experience
- Great communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Be able to type 45 WPM
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
