Vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes de livraison ou de traitement d'une ou plusieurs équipes, en définissant les priorités quotidiennes et en exécutant nos engagements de service.
Vous gérerez et améliorerez la productivité en analysant les rapports quotidiens, en partageant les résultats avec les membres de l'équipe, en résolvant les problèmes et en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques
Vous surveillerez et ferez la promotion de pratiques de travail sécuritaires, mènerez des enquêtes sur la sécurité et assurerez le suivi des rapports d'incident tout en supervisant le retour au travail et l'adaptation des employés.
Vous résoudrez les problèmes du personnel et prendrez les mesures appropriées, si nécessaire. Cela implique une consultation avec les relations de travail et/ou le syndicat qui représente les employés dans nos dépôts et usines Qualifications
What must you have?
High School Diploma or provincial equivalent (GED)
Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team OR minimum 2 years' experience working in a unionized environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A willingness to work shifts and weekends

Experience working in a plant or warehouse environment
Full driver’s licence
