Graphic Designer

IUSA LLC is a growing promotional product and coffee distributor headquartered in Arkansas and serving the world. We are seeking a Graphic Designer experienced in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign) to process client files and produce print-ready graphics, set up text, create social media graphics, design apparel and coffee labels for our many growing coffee brands.

Travel between our two offices in Batesville and Northwest Arkansas is required for the purpose of producing internal marketing materials, product and process photography, social media content and team collaboration.

Paid travel to industry tradeshows and events is optional.

This job position is perfect for a detailed oriented person with artistic creativity and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Clients depend on us to create, vectorize and modify graphics based on their vision and our print process requirements. You will also be curating and scheduling content and posts for social media and must have strong communication and great organizational skills.

The Brand Manager reports directly to the president on an ongoing basis to refine and enhance company processes.

Part of your role will be assisting with internal marketing efforts. This will require you to:

• Format, organize and schedule social media posts for clients and internal brands.
• Manage and organize e-mail lists and schedule e-mail blasts to our various subscriber bases.
• Proactively identify areas of improvements in marketing campaigns and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
