Capstone Logistics has been in business for over 20 years and have developed a large customer base and many opportunities for Independent Contractor Couriers to succeed and grow their business.
Capstone is looking for independent contractors for Grocery Delivery from store to home. Successful Independent Contractors are expected to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional relationship with our Partners and Customers. Contractor will report to the store and will deliver 2 orders every hour; each time returning to the store for the next round of deliveries. All deliveries are within 10 miles to the store, additional miles = additional compensation.
Shift Open: All 7 DAYS so pick whatever days work for you! first come first serve.
Hours: 11a-7p OR 10a-6p
Pay: 8.50 per order + tips. Capstone will add $3.50 on to every order completed if tipping is not live at your store (not all stores have Live tipping in place right now).
DRIVER IS GUARANTEED 16 orders per day so base pay will $136/day Before tips. when online tipping is live at a store, Drivers average $4.5 in tips per order currently.
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must!
Easy Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Ability to meet vehicle requirements
- Ability to use a smartphone
Preferred Contractor Vehicles
- CARS/SUV'S/MINIVANS with ample space for large orders!
!! Vehicles MUST BE provided by the contractors, we don't provide them !!
!! You MUST drive your own vehicle !!
All vehicles must be in Good running condition. 2012 or newer preferred!
