Since day one we have been locally owned and operated we answer our own phones. In the beginning our main focus was maintenance for Home Owner Associations and the Management
Companies that represent them. We grew through hard work and word of mouth, now we are working in over 400 communities and with over 15 management companies. We focus on giving the customer what they want and exceeding their expectations.

Position Information
Due to the growth of the company, we are in search of a hardworking, motivated, passionate, and experienced Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for basic rough and finish carpentry, painting and drywall tasks. The Carpenter/Handyman must have a basic working knowledge of trim, sheetrock installation, framing and structural repairs as well as knowledge of the safe handling of tools and equipment use in such repairs.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

• 3-5 years experience in carpentry (rough & finish), painting, and drywall
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Physical stamina and dexterity to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good craftsmanship and building practices
• Positive attitude and the desire to learn from others

Minimum Qualifications

• Must live in North Atlanta Area
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and a clean driving record
