We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Sears Home Improvement. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering home improvement solutions which include: HVAC, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding, and Whole Home Generators. We provide some pre-set leads, however our top performers are go getters who aren't deterred from generating their own leads. We offer great benefits and an excellent training program, including a 4-week paid training and 13-week non-recoverable draw. The successful candidate will be able to earn six figures (uncapped commissions).Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers and clearly identify their needs
• Provide presentation to customers interested in home improvement solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
• Ability to self-generate leads
• Build strong customer relationships
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
• Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for sales and closing deals

Compensation and Benefits:

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Performance-based incentives and uncapped commissions
