Are you looking to work for the month of December? Or maybe you would like to work longer? This is the perfect opportunity for you. Working in our North Bay Contact Centre you will help Santa’s Elves with inbound calls/emails that will identify customers’ needs, provide solutions and/or alternatives, and process replacement orders if needed. No selling required as the product has already been purchased.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain excellent quality.
• Accurately input, retrieve and access information regarding a customer from a computer system.
• Resolve customer concerns immediately, effectively and displays professionalism
• Quickly and correctly answer product questions. Have a full knowledge of features and benefits of products and services. Seeks to stay informed of program changes.
• Must work 8 hrs. on Boxing Day December 26th
• Able to work 37.5-40 hrs a week until at least Dec 30. Opportunity to work passed this date will be available.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $15.50-$16.85 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
