Industry Segment Specialist – Food & Packaging / Quebec City and South Shore area

Reports to: Industry Segment Manager – F&P

Summary: Responsible for the strategic development of the Industry Segment (IS) /Industry Cluster (IC) in accordance with the overall corporate strategy

Location: Quebec City and South Shore area

Responsibilities:

· Develops national strategy for Industry Segment/Industry Cluster

· Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager

· Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets

· Coaches and trains the team(i.e. Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account Managers, and IS Team Leader) in IS-related knowledge

· Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster

· Supports IS Team Leader, Sales manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information

· Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP

Minimum Requirements:

· Technical Degree, Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics

· French and English fluent is required

· MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object

· 5 years relevant experience

· Specific knowledge in the Industry cluster/industry segment area of responsibility

· Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
