Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to provide professional phone etiquette at all times.

Inside Sales Representatives who demonstrate consistent success have the opportunity to advance within their first 90 days.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new leads through cold calling and online sales strategies.
• Directly communicate with prospects through outbound calls to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by SDI Clarity.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
• Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of SDI Clarity’s products and services.
