Merrell at Woodburn Premium Outlets is seeking a Part Time Keyholder to become an integral part of our team! We offer flexible scheduling, an awesome discount, and product awards! You will be responsible for assisting guests by recommending & selling products in a retail setting to drive company revenue. As a member of the management team you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve goals and lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and identify their needs
- Explain & recommend products
- Monitor inventory to ensure sales floor is filled
- Enter and process customer orders
- Open and close the store
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build friendly rapport with customers
- Positive energy & enthusiasm to help others
