Kiddie Academy of Lemont is looking for nurturing, passionate and energetic LEAD INFANT TEACHERS to join our team. Join our team at a state-of-the-art center to help guide our youngest learners as they meet developmental milestones and begin a stimulating adventure in education!

Kiddie Academy of Lemont will provide our Infant Teachers with professional growth opportunities, celebrate each other’s accomplishments and regularly show appreciation for our Teachers.

We are looking for Full time candidates as well as some Part time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Inspiring children to want to learn more about themselves and the world around them, and delighting in their individual accomplishments.

· Developing meaningful relationships with families through personal discussions and communicating throughout the day via our online app.

· Creating a learning environment that is fun, stimulating and engaging.

· Working collaboratively alongside fellow teachers and administrative staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

Lead Teachers need to have:

Associates or higher in Early Childhood Education, with one year of experience OR equivalent certification (CDA). (Bachelors in ECE preferred)

· Complies with all state education and licensing standards and NAEYC guidelines.

· Previous experience in a licensed preschool or early development center is preferred.

· Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

· 8 hour shift, though part time options are available

· Center is open Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Experience:

· Lead teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
