Priority given to clinicians experienced with couples, teens, and/or children.

Must be able to practice in Maryland, be fully licensed as a mental health provider, and willing to take on a full case load (at least 23+ sessions per week). Clinicians seeking a partial case load may be considered in instances of advanced clinical specialization. Case load is built gradually over time. Priority given to clinicians with private practice experience. Potomac Therapy Group is out-of-network with insurance and contractors are paid on a fee-for-service model.

• Receive referrals through practice marketing & your own networking.
• Two administrative assistants are available for client scheduling.
• Opportunity to set own work hours and build a case load over time.
• Electronic medical record, business email, and billing management services provided. All billing matters managed by practice.
• Potomac Therapy Group is a fully paperless practice. All paperwork and notes are completed securely online.
• Free weekly case consultation with other Potomac Therapy Group therapists.

• Priority given to candidates who demonstrate a willingness to work hard, go above and beyond, think outside the box, maintain a positive attitude, and be a team player.

Take-home pay is $99 - $126 per therapy hour, depending on your session rates.
Performance-based incentive bonuses available. Contractors are responsible for paying their own taxes.
