This position can be remote, hybrid or in office!

We are a growing Plaintiff’s injury law firm looking for an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal for serious injured plaintiffs.

Our paralegals have low caseloads.

We also have a pre-lit paralegal position open due to growth.

Paralegals are able to focus on the client and high level items and have support staff for opening claims, requesting and obtaining the police report, ordering and receiving medical records, getting reductions from lien holders, and more.

The ideal candidate for the litigation position will:

• Have 5–20 years experience in litigation for Plaintiffs personal injury claims.
• Have experience with serious injuries.
• Have experience with notice of claims, premise, negligence, road designs, trucking claims and complex litigation matters.
• Have experience drafting for review answers to interrogatories, calendaring court entries, understanding of offer of judgments, answering admissions and other legal documents.
• Like handling fewer cases but digging down deep into files to maximize the case value.
• Be detailed and organized.
• Enjoy helping clients while showing empathy and understanding for everything the client is going through.
• Return clients calls and acknowledge emails while developing personal relationships with clients.
• Paralegals have support staff who help order medical records, bills, and help get reductions and more
