Position Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Logistic Co-Ordinator maybe asked any of the following duties as assigned from time to time:

1. Plan, organize, schedule and confirm appointments of inbound and outbound orders.

2. Arrange customer orders for goods or services; respond to enquiries and emergencies; investigate complaints and update accounts.

3. Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.

4. Inventory Control.

5. Communicate with clients on a consistent basis via email and phone.

6. Update, maintain and verify inventory of various warehouse accounts.

7. Problem solving relating to inventory, inbound and outbound discrepancies.

8. Prepare, edit, verify and generate invoices; send to client(s).

9. Perform related duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, and photocopying.

10. Is required to comply with the Health & Safety policies of the company and to actively promote a safe working environment; by performing their responsibility in the prescribed manner and raising unsafe working conditions to the attention of the Warehouse Supervisor.

11. Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Customer Service Role.

2. Inventory Control Experience within a 3PL environment.

3. Must have effective communication skills and the ability to perform mathematical calculations.

4. Courteous manners with the clients and warehouse staff.

5. Knowledgeable with Microsoft office.

6. Experience with Warehouse Management Operating Systems.

Other:

1. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

2. Must be able to function as part of a team.

3. Abide to Portside Safety protocols and wear any Personal Protective Equipment necessary.

Shift Information:

Start Date: December 15, 2022

Days - Monday - Friday

Shift - 8:00am-4:30pm

Will report to Milton facility for training if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
