Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media

  • YouTube Comments, Facebook Community, Instagram, AB Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Responding daily to comments and for each platform
  • Customer Success Support via social - Customers with issues, problems, inability to order etc
  • 1x Facebook Community - gently selling & providing resources + education (ABA blogs, product videos, product instructions)
  • Mirroring email content across all social channels based on the promotion calendar and email content
  • Building copy for posts, writing copy, using Canva to build images, linking products
  • Looking for new opportunities to sell, educate, and build our audience online
  • Tracking the success of posts using KPI’s
  • Tracking conversions on posts by linking products and using custom URL’s via Google Analytics

Brand Ambassadors, Influencers

  • Influencers - manage influencers, deliver assets, find and build relationships with new influencers
  • Actively search for influencers in the industry our brand aligns with
  • Re-post mentions from influencers, drive traffic

Events

  • Organizing and promoting events - 1x per month or more with product launch schedule or equine line needs
  • Emails x2 for each event - coordinate with Content Dept
  • Creating Webinar via Zoom
  • Social posts to promote event x2 - Monday before event, Day of event
  • Creating Thumbnail banner and square ratio for event
  • Editing Video post-session
  • Uploading video to YouTube & time stamping important topics discussed
  • Event inquiries (conferences, in-person, phone calls, live & online, podcasts), guest speaker inquiries, appearances

Other

  • Helping the owner with scheduling in regards to events, organizing dates, planning, event-day support
  • Actively search for new speaking opportunities within our online and in-person community
  • Making sure events are organized, details are clearly communicated to hosts and/or guests
  • In-house event execution, tradeshow prep

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
