Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for end-to-end content and campaign strategies and their execution including building theme narratives, messaging/positioning, publishing and promotion.
  • Conceptualize, create, and communicate thoughtful and effective messaging & market positioning across multiple priority themes.
  • Balancing budget and resources in areas such as Analyst Relations, Events (internal and external), thought leadership, sales collateral and planning, research, media, digital campaigns, overall messaging and positioning, among others.
  • Lead messaging, developing content and executing go-to-market programs across a variety of digital channels, media and events, working closely with other Comms and Marketing team members.
  • Drive thought-leadership, sales enablement and campaign content plans and support the content production team in development of content assets - enabling customers and prospects to easily understand the value proposition, offering capabilities, and differentiation.
  • Partner with the campaign teams to design integrated customer and prospect journeys that generate awareness and demand.
  • Establish personas and buyer journeys using data, research, and insights.
  • Monitor and contribute to industry and analyst responses and messages for digital intelligence issues for peer awareness, opportunities, and relevance.
  • Unifying and simplifying overall messaging for individual strategic offerings
  • Promoting and securing Webonise as a leader beyond its usual quadrants to analysts, partners, clients, prospects, media etc.
  • Discovering new ways to partner with internal stakeholders across the entire strong organization to ensure the best stories are told in the best ways across the best channels, both internally and externally.
  • Prioritizing and maximizing resources to an expanding and very public team of world-class experts looking for exposure and opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years in marketing leadership roles within technology SI/Consulting marketing organization (preferred)
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple issues and projects.
  • Message development and translating technical messages into compelling stories
  • Content development/editing, including thought leadership, sales enablement and digital copy
  • GTM tactics, including industry events, webinars, web, social, digital advertising
  • Global, omni-channel campaigns with target segmentation across geographies and industries
  • Proactive approach to managing multiple stakeholders and marketing projects while contributing to the overall marketing team for this business unit.
  • Exceptional communications and writing skills, including experience and an ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite and leading industry SMEs.
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
