Mental Health Therapist (Associate Level)/Clinical Licensed Lead-61K-63K
Are you licensed and experienced human services professional with clinical and clinical supervisory experience? As the Clinical Licensed Lead, you will support the company’s mission of delivering quality service to individuals by overseeing therapeutic services and case management, ensuring that the programs meets the needs of the individuals served.

- Skilled in creating strength-based assessments and treatment plans.
- Skilled in or willing to learn non-verbal therapeutic approaches.
- Energized by facilitating group services in-person and via telehealth.
- Uses concurrent/collaborative documentation as a way to increase documentation quality, promote work/life balance and engage our participants.
- Enjoys collaborating with other members of the clinical team to improve our participants' experience and overall resilience
- Understands the value of integrating family systems and support into the treatment experience.
- Creative, energetic, flexible and serves as a healthy role model for participants.
- Detail oriented in documenting each participant's needs and progress.
- Specialty in working with children and families is a must.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Human Services related degree.
- LMSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC/LAMFT/LMFT license required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve while collaborating with our system partners.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
