We are looking for a part-time Night Watchperson to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for serving the needs of the community and SMP-RV Ltd. The Night Watchperson will be responsible for patrolling the buildings and lot in order to prevent any unauthorized entrance by visitors or other members of the community. In addition, our Night Watchperson is responsible for ensuring that the building is secure throughout its non-operating hours and will provide assistance in the case of any unforeseen incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the lot and buildings and check for any suspicious activity.
• Know the different types of standard security equipment.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
• Brief management on nightly activity in the area.
• Serve as a first point of contact for issues while on shift.
• Review and edit surveillance videos to send to management and the RCMP.
• Write reports.
