Job description

Office Assistant wanted to work directly for Operations Manager of a fast growing cleaning company in Portland, Maine. Must have exceptional organizational skills, high proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and an aptitude for learning new software.

This individual will coordinate and record information from the OM and Field Supervisors, communicate by phone with customers and vendors, and ensure that both staff scheduling and material assistance is in place and on-site when required.

The schedule for this job will be from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday - Thursday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
