Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the internal technical team, sales team, and customers
  • Assist in the preparation of bids, contracts, and documents
  • Document, follow up, and inform relevant parties on all modification requests
  • Assist in the coordination of invoices internally and with clients
  • Communicate and respond to messages; supervisors and sales team
  • Help with contract monitoring; general administration
  • Communicate verbally and literally while documenting the coordination of material ordering and delivering to the internal team and customer
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required
  • Perform job site visits, project walk throughs and order approvals
  • Assist in the review and revision of technical drawings
  • Complete and submit permit applications to the local authority having jurisdiction
  • Perform logistics coordination and scheduling
  • Perform purchasing activities on behalf of the sales and operations team
  • Related duties that may be assigned as necessary

Your qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in engineering or other degree deemed relevant to the job
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
  • Clear understanding of project management concepts, administration and execution
  • Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive and capacity to work in a fast- paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Demonstrate understanding of project phases: tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to interpret technical documents such as blue prints, tables, charts and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
