We are accepting drivers from all 48 states as we are an over the road company hauling refrigerated freight, or temperature controlled products, in which we are rarely accessing the DAT load board and instead deal directly with our customers to alleviate the stress of waiting for a load and even waiting to be loaded as much as normally with other Reefer companies. Drivers are usually averaging 2,500-3,500 miles weekly and are required to stay out for a minimum of 2 weeks OTR, we have the capacity for drivers to be able to always get miles within this range. We are offering an $8,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS for all drivers who are able to fulfil the criteria below:

Bonus Breakdown:

• Meet Monthly Quota of 10k miles/monthly
• Check in and out of shippers as asked to do so by company.
• Maintain good Driver/Dispatcher communication.
• Send pic and copy oif BOL's.
• Obey Hours Of Service(HOS).
• Drivers Receive $1,000 after first week and $350.00 per month for 25 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,675.00 per week
