We are looking for a passionate outside sales representative to join our sales team. The outside sales representative’s responsibilities include, generating leads, making sales calls, customer service and meeting targets. You should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, as a top-notch sales representative, you should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities:

· Handling your customer’s questions, inquiries, complaints and any service needs

· Meeting and communicating your daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

· Actively participating in the weekly & monthly sales team meetings

· Contacting potential and existing customers by phone, text & email

· Daily visits to service potential and existing customers in person

· Manage a client base of both potential and existing customers

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of spreadsheets & communication tools.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent phone and presentation skills

· Customer service and sales skills

· High school diploma/GED

Compensation:

After a paid training program, outside sales representatives are paid a base salary + commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
