We are looking for Direct Support Professionals at our main campus in Mantua, Ohio.

• Starts at $15.50 minimum plus shift differentials ($1.25 2nd/3rd weekdays $.75 1st weekends $1.50 2nd/3rd weekends)
• Lots of schedules available including 630a-3p, 230p-11p, 1130p-7a every other weekend, every other holiday
• Weekend Warriors work 630a-7p or 630p-7a
• You would be helping to care for the developmentally disabled children and adults who live at our Mantua location.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with 5 or fewer points.
• Must have sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals.
• Must be able to complete the onboarding meeting at our Mantua Office located - 9772 Diagonal Road, Mantua Ohio 44255.
• Must be able to attend a new hire orientation class located at the Mantua Office (3 days, 9 am – 5 pm)

• COVID vaccine required or approved medical/religious exemption
