TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking to fill a full-time RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at our Leduc location. This position is Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with one hour for lunch.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer and screen all incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system.
- Greet all clients and customers in the Front Reception Area.
- Oversee all incoming/outgoing mail and arrange for courier services.
- Organize and distribute all incoming office staff mail.
- Data entry (in programs including T-Net, AIMS, SAP, Office 365), including Invoicing.
- Payroll Verification.
- Fuel and Mastercard Verification and Reconciliation.
- Oversee stationary requirements and place orders, as required.
- Print out letterhead, labels, expense envelopes, etc. and ensure supply is stocked.
- Ensure adequate marketing material is always stocked.
- Assist other departments with typing, copying, scanning, printing correspondence, filing, organizing, etc. as required.
- Keeping the reception area, boardroom, and kitchen tidy.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Preference will be given to applicant with office training. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs will be considered an asset. Must have excellent communication and organization skills. Applicant must be a good team player.
