Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is looking for a Refrigeration and Ventilation Mechanic to join our team in Fredericton! This is a FULL TIME position.

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting a Refrigeration and Ventilation Mechanic to join the team at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.
As a Refrigeration and Ventilation Mechanic, you would be responsible for performing refrigeration and air conditioning work at the journeyman level. Specific duties include:
- Installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Testing and calibrating equipment for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Reclaiming refrigerants and oils
- Repairing appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, and coolers
- Performing minor repairs for building systems and equipment
- Keeping and maintaining records and documentation
- Organizing and coordinating the work of contractors or other tradespeople

Who you are
You possess a New Brunswick Provincial Certificate of Qualification issued under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. You have two years of related work experience. You have written and spoken competence in English.
