Restaurant Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of the Yankee Doodle Tap Room Restaurant operations to maintain high quality standards in regard to food production and service, sanitation and safety, To have the ability to perform all positions in food and beverage operations in order to supervise, direct, and train all personnel.
Relevant experience is required, Bar knowledge and experience is helpful
This position is part time that will develop into full time per business demands
Open availability including weekends required
