Outlet Manager Job Description

Description:

Located in Hammonton, NJ on a 60 acre farm, White Horse Winery is one of New Jersey’s most awarded and recognized wineries. We have a beautiful tasting room and outdoor seating area, selling wine both on site and through distribution. The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing and supplying our retail wine accounts and a specialty type of account called an, “Outlet”. This position would entail roughly 50% desk time communicating with accounts, taking and preparing orders, and 50% delivery time, delivering orders throughout NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with our vendors
• Contact Outlets and Retailers on Monday and/or Tuesdays to get orders
• Deliver wine on Wednesday and Thursday throughout New Jersey
• Record on-site inventory
• Collect payments and prepare invoices

• Once-a-month deliveries to Delaware warehouse
• Record all transactions in M.S. Excel and provide weekly reports to Management
• Identify new potential retailers and make sales calls

Requirements:

• Good customer relationship skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good driving record
• Ability to comfortably lift 35 lbs repeatedly
• Basic MS word and excel skills
• Availability Monday-Thursday most weeks

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
