Thunda Thighs is a rapidly growing fashion brand designing and producing apparel exclusively for the plus sized market. Our first product, thigh high socks for juicy thighs has been a runaway success. Since its launch in 2019, Thunda Thighs has grown by following a simple formula of authentically serving our customers with products designed for their bodies. By listening to our customers and understanding their unique needs we’ve delivered a product and brand that they love. Now, we are looking to add an experience Seasonal Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

• Provide and maintain a high customer service and professionalism via e-mail, online chat, and/or various social media platforms
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise which relates to customer orders
• Use established parameters to help resolve the different issues that may arise
• Study the product offering and use product knowledge to respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in creating a customer service process and responses to frequently asked questions
• File claims with couriers and fulfillment warehouse for lost packages
• Work with interdepartmental teams such as Warehousing and Operations
• Ad hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum one year of customer service, or related experience
• Experience using the Gorgias platform
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrates autonomy and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Excellent
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

This is a seasonal part-time position with the potential to join on a full-time basis.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $15.25-$18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
