As Manager, Security Investigator you will conduct both routine and complex investigations related to violations of GardaWorld policy or applicable violations of law. You will personally conduct some of the most complex and sophisticated investigations within the company. These investigations may involve complex legal, theft, fraud, and employee misconduct-related issues. You will perform expert interviews and analyze documents, communications, digital evidence, and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigations, to include associated culpability documentation. You will act as a subject matter expert, coach your teammates, and guide them through the investigation process through completion. These activities will be conducted both remotely and in-person throughout the U.S.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct investigative interviews
- Gather relevant information and evidence to be used for criminal prosecution
- Prepare investigative reports and present logical conclusions to business stakeholders
- Through root cause analysis, facilitate the identification and resolution of process and control gaps
- Manage and protect confidential information
- Work with HR, Audit, Legal and other business stakeholders
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to your team members
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Candidates must meet the company's hiring criteria. Extensive pre-employment backgrounds checks are required. Drug tests and other testing may be required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as Law, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, or
- Criminology.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in corporate investigations, compliance, law enforcement, intelligence, or fraud detection preferred.
- Ability to travel rapidly anywhere in the U.S. when urgent situations arise.
- Unquestionable integrity and strong work ethic.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
