Fluresh has two state-of-the-art integrated operations in Adrian and Grand Rapids, Michigan, to grow, harvest, process, provision and package the highest quality medical and adult use cannabis products.

Position Summary:

Full Time Availability Saturday to Tuesday 12pm - 10pm shift.

The Security Guard enforces policies and procedures required for Fluresh safety and security operations and ensures that they are carried out in a professional manner. The position performs appropriate duties in lieu of the Manager of Safety and Security, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol and maintain assigned areas and posts
• Enforce compliance related rules & regulations
• Investigate and document violations of Fluresh policies and procedures
• Monitor security video surveillance cameras
• Perform facility security and safety checks
• Demonstrate fire safety and prevention techniques
• Conduct searches of employees, contractors, and guests, entering and exiting the facility
• Perform duties to ensure that Fluresh safety and security policies and procedures are met
• Monitor and direct traffic flow for curbside service
• Practice safe work habits to eliminate and control potential safety and health hazards and to maintain a safe work environment
• Attend all safety training as schedule
• Other duties as requested by supervisors, managers, or other designated and/or authorized staff

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High school diploma required; 2+ years of college preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in military/industrial security or law enforcement required
• A valid Driver's License is required
• CPR/First Aid/AED certificate a plus
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and consistent follow through
• Effective organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of the team to assure that goals are achieved
• Committed, honest, and reliable
