Senior Crew member

About the Senior Pretzel Crew position:

• Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work as a team player with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the menu.
• Provide quality service, taking pride in working behind the scenes to prepare quality products for our customers.
• Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment.
• Open and close the store, balancing the register for the day.
• Operate Ovens and Mixer to bake Pretzels. (Must be 18 years old to operate mixer)
• Develop new skills and increase responsibilities as you learn the job. This may include open/close, customer satisfaction, audit preparation, marketing, and other tasks to improve the operation of the business.

Compensation

• Starting base pay is $14.00 per hour with an increase after being certified as a shift leader/store opener. In addition, tips are earned by all crew members and have been averaging $4-$5 per hour. Paid time off (PTO) is earned by employees 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Potential for prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• The ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and by writing simple correspondence.
