We are seeking a Social Media and Community Management Specialist for a growing B2B retailer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visual content for social media channels (ex: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with the goal to increase subscribers;
• Lead community management to interact with and establish a relationship of trust with followers across different platforms to generate and maintain brand loyalty;
• Plan the content calendar and strategize marketing techniques for different social media platforms using the necessary tools (SEO optimization);
• Establish KPI objectives, monitor using performance reports and analyze performance in order to create optimal strategies to maximise growth;
• Write and schedule newsletters using the Omnisend platform.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Social Media coordinator or strategist, experience in retail/e-commerce is an asset;
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or e-commerce;
• Advanced experience with various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn;
• Ability to use the Facebook Pixel with a WooCommerce platforms;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Suite and Canva is an asset;
• Good knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation in English and French.
